We mistakenly removed the cover, thinking we would put the yarn mast there. However, after opening the cover, we found a deep, dark mysterious hole clearly not intended for the yarn mast. It does appear large enough for a 7 pin din connector and even has the aligning triangle in front. But what is it Why is it there The electronics for my machine are on the carriage and this hole is on the back of the bed Its driving us insane. Shall we glue the cover back on What is hiding in the hole (and by the way, we looked inside and it appears to be empty just a cavity, like something is missing). We suppose that Silver Reed decided not to create a new mold for the SK840 soUh, there are MANY holes Now, were all for saving a few, but please, couldnt you use a snap in plug instead of just a light layer of glue over a plastic thingie Dont you realize that curious Geese might try to look inside and realize that the cover cant be put back without some double stick tape HUH Geese need to look, holes need to have snap in covers. Even though its NOT knitting, she also is trying to do a bit of crochet for edgings for her KNITTING.
